Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026

This policy covers the Dr. Masters training app. It explains what the app knows about you, where that sits, and how to get rid of it. The website you bought through has its own policy.

1.Who we are

1.1Dr. Masters, a sole trader, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at support@drmasters.app.

2.What the app holds

2.1The app holds:
  • Your email address — the one you paid with. It is how the app knows your subscription is live.
  • Your training settings — your main goal and difficulty, which shape the session mix.
  • Your training record — which days you completed, your streak, how many sessions you have done and for how long.
  • Your max-hold readings — the result and date of each strength test, which feed your chart and your Control Score.
  • Your cancellation answers, if you cancel — why you left, whether you would return, and what you plan to do instead.
2.2Your training record is health data. We treat it as a special category of personal data: we use it to run your programme and to check money-back guarantee claims, and for nothing else.
2.3We never sell your health data, never use it to target advertising, and never share it with an advertiser or an analytics provider. You can withdraw your consent to us holding it, and have it deleted, at any time by emailing support@drmasters.app. If you live in Washington or Nevada, this clause and clause 2.2 are the notice those states require about consumer health data.

3.What the app does not do

3.1The app contains no advertising trackers. No Meta pixel, no Google tags. We do use session recording to see what is broken or confusing — see Section 8 — but nothing about your training or your health is sent to an advertiser, ever.
3.2We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled by Stripe, who hold the card data under their own policy.
3.3We do not sell your data, and we never will.

4.Where it lives

4.1Your training record is kept in two places: on your own device, in your browser's local storage, so the app works instantly and offline; and in our database, so it survives a cleared browser or a change of phone. Signing in on a new device restores it.
4.2That database is Supabase, on servers in the EU (Frankfurt), and only our servers can read it. The app is served by Vercel, which is US-based — page requests reach it, your training record does not.

5.Why we are allowed to hold it

5.1We process your email and subscription status to perform our contract with you. We process your training record with your explicit consent, given when you start the programme, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by deleting your progress in Profile or by emailing us.

6.How long we keep it

6.1Signing out erases the copy on your device immediately. Resetting your progress erases your training record on this device and in our database. If you use the app on another device as well, open it and reset there too, because that device still holds its own copy until you do. We keep your email and your subscription record while your account is active, and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting law requires. Email us and we will delete them sooner. Cancellation answers are kept for as long as they are useful for improving the product.
6.2Two things go automatically, on a schedule: the sign-in codes we email you are deleted after 7 days, and the sign-in link requests, which record your address and the IP address you asked from, are deleted after 30 days.

7.Your rights

7.1You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete anything we hold about you. Email support@drmasters.app and we will do it, no forms and no hoops. Deleting means deleting: your training record, your measurements, your cancellation answers and the quiz answers you gave on the website all go, and if your plan is still running we cancel it first. If you are in the EU or UK you have the full set of GDPR rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
7.2You can erase your training record yourself at any time: Profile → Reset progress. That clears your days, your streak, your sessions and your measurements, here and on our servers. It does not close your account or cancel your plan, and it does not touch your Control Age answers or which articles you have read. For anything else, or to have everything removed, use 7.1.
7.3One thing we cannot remove, and you should know it before you ask. Stripe keeps its own record of any payment you made, and we keep our copy of that invoice, because tax and accounting law requires both of us to. Nothing else survives a deletion request.

8.Session recording

8.1We record how the app is used — screens visited, taps, and scrolling — using Microsoft Clarity, so we can find what is broken or confusing. The parts of the app that display your measurements and your score are masked in these recordings, wherever they appear — the max-hold test, your Control Score, your profile, and the progress card on your home screen: those numbers are never captured. Recordings are linked to your email so we can connect a problem to the person who hit it.

9.Changes and contact

9.1If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for anything material, email you. Questions and requests: support@drmasters.app. By post: Dr. Masters, K Brance 1173/15, 155 00 Prague, Czech Republic.
